CSF is a 25-hour instructor-led course that consists of eight highly interactive classroom sessions that focus on the knowledge and skills every supervisor needs to be an efficient manager of people, time, equipment and materials. Session 9 focuses on the development of those skills by completing jobsite exercises, and reviewing the results with a company sponsor to assess the level of skills and knowledge necessary to advance the learner's career.
