2021 Lean Construction Education Program

Description

Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) developed the Lean Construction Education Program to help its members develop the tools necessary to build lean. Chicagoland construction professionals at all experience levels have taken Lean Education courses through the Chicagoland Construction Education & Training Foundation to acquire the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into lean operating systems. We are pleased to offer all seven units again this year. After successful completion of all seven units individuals will be eligible to take the online Lean Certificate of Management Credentialing Exam (now available virtually!).

Unit 1:  September 1, 8 am - Noon

Unit 2:  September 1, 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Unit 3:  September 29, 8 am - Noon

Unit 4:  September 29, 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Unit 5:  October 20, 8:00 am - 5 pm

Unit 6:  November 10, 8:00 am - Noon

Unit 7:  December 1, 8:00 am - 5 pm
