2025 Stand for Safety Week Registration

The Chicagoland Associated General Contractors looks forward to members participating in its Stand for Safety Week this year from August 11th through August 15th. This program enables companies around our area to demonstrate leadership and commitment to the critical importance placed on employees’ safety. Your involvement in Stand for Safety Week coupled with ongoing safety efforts throughout the year shows you walk the walk when it comes to accident- and injury-free job sites.

Involvement is simple. Job sites cease work for approximately 30 minutes on the day of your choice during that week as you “stand down” with your employees to engage in a focused safety training session. This year's topic chosen by the Safety & Health Committee is SILICA exposure. Toolbox talk resources will be provided along with hard hat stickers.
