Description
Register today to join industry colleagues at Chicagoland AGC's annual Spring Summit luncheon on May 14th in the Lakeside Pavilion at the Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca!
We look forward to honoring this year's CAGC Safety Awards program winners and hearing a very important mental health keynote from Dr. Bernard S. Dyme. Creating a culture of safety around mental health in a construction company is crucial for improving employee well-being, productivity, and overall safety. This begins with leadership and safety and risk managers.
Learn more about the impact of poor mental health on safety, productivity, and employee retention; common mental health challenges in construction; leadership commitment; training and awareness; support systems; engaging your employees; and developing an action plan with short- and long-term goals.
